Jason is an experienced technology company founder and executive with multiple IPOs and dozens of M&A transactions under his belt, and he has played an active role in raising more than $1 billion in investor equity so far in his career. 

Jason has been involved as a founder, executive, board member, or early investor with several successful companies, including Apeel Sciences, Invoca, Nextel, Procore, CallWave, Live Data, and others. Jason is a recovering investment banker and a faculty member of UCSB’s Technology Management Program, where he teaches the startups class. Jason started his career selling rugby jerseys to tourists in San Francisco between a UCSB undergrad and a Kellogg MBA. 

When not helping early-stage companies disrupt big markets, Jason can be found with friends and family on the beach, the golf course, skydiving with his kids, or out on the open water. Jason and his college sweetheart are chasing the dream of visiting every country in the world.
